The series
Texas has more than barbecue.
I set out to find chef-owned and operated restaurants across Texas and show off the positive side of the restaurant industry. We met awesome chefs, ate awesome food and went looking for the best Texas has to offer: farm-to-table restaurants, actual farms, actual tables.
We explored Ethiopian food and traditional Chinese food, and yes, we ate some great barbecue.
